Fengying Zhou

Fengying (Alice) Zhou is a research chemist for Indium Corporation’s research and development team in China. She joined Indium Corporation in 2010 and is based in Suzhou, China.

Fengying is responsible for developing SMT assembly solder materials, with an emphasis on developing additives, which enhance the thermal reliability of lead-free solder pastes. Additionally, she provides support to the global R&D team.

Fengying earned her bachelor’s degree in applied chemistry and her master’s degree in inorganic chemistry from Suzhou University. Prior to joining Indium Corporation, she conducted research on metallo organic pyrrolyl ligands and has published several papers about her project.

In her spare time she enjoys swimming, reading, playing ping-pong and spending time with her family.
