From a different link in the thermal chain: I noticed an article dealing with fan design that you might be interested in (click here). It's nice to see everyone working together, from 1st level thermal interface material designers all the way to the cooling fan designers. Heat dissipation is not an issue that can be fully solved by one part of the equation.
