We provide a comprehensive range of cutting-edge wave solder fluxes for electronic assembly. As pioneers in the industry, we were the first to introduce halogen-free, lead-free wave fluxes that deliver performance comparable to traditional halogen-containing tin-lead fluxes.

Our complete line of TACFlux® includes no-clean, water-wash, and RMA-based fluxes. They are suitable for rework and repair of various electronic assemblies and components, SMT component attachment, BGA ball attachment, preform soldering, and virtually any application requiring flux.

Our Package-on-Package (PoP) flux is designed to simplify the PoP assembly process, offering an easy-to-use and controllable solution. Our best sellers are specifically formulated for no-clean processes.

Our flux pens—available in Pb-free and SnPb, no-clean, and water wash options—utilize a spring-loaded applicator tip to deliver a controlled amount of flux to the work surface. The user-friendly pin-point applicator is ideal for touch-up and light assembly work.

We manufacture a wide range of soldering and industrial flux products, including industrial flux, liquid soldering flux, and liquid tabbing flux.
