As a manufacturer of thermal interface materials, Indium Corporation is a key sponsor of the annual Advanced Technology Workshop on Thermal Management presented by IMAPS in Los Gatos, CA being held November 6th-8th.
The workshop will run for three days and feature 34 technical papers covering a variety of thermal management subjects, including a paper that will be presented by Dave Saums in conjunction with Indium Corporation entitled, Addressing Challenging Mechanical Reliability Requirements for Thermal Interface Materials Developed for Semiconductor Test/Burn-in Applications. This data-rich presentation will show the testing that was done to prove that metal thermal interface materials to have a higher insertion rate and higher thermal conductivity than traditional thermal interface materials for burn-in/test. A copy of this paper will be available on our website after it has been presented at ATW.
Indium Corporation also has a booth at the show so you can talk to our thermal experts, Tim Jensen and Ron Hunadi, and discuss what thermal solutions will best suit your assembly needs. For more information on the workshop, visit the IMAPS ATW website. And for more information on our thermal interface materials visit our web site.
We hope to see you there!
