Science was once considered a male-dominated field, with many important discoveries spearheaded by women gone unnoticed. Over the years, our women leaders and employees have been working incredibly hard to enhance their project work, the office environment, and the industry. Most recently, one of our key women leaders--Indium Corporation’s Senior Global Product Manager for Semiconductor and Advanced Materials--Sze Pei Lim was proud to deliver two technical presentations at the 11th Micro/Nano-Electronics Packaging and Assembly, Design and Manufacturing (MiNaPAD) Forum on June 19-20 in Grenoble, France.

Beyond supporting our current employees, Indium Corporation also strives to empower young talents with a passion for science. Over the years, our internship program has created unique opportunities for aspiring engineers to gain knowledge in their fields of interest.
