Hello, my name is John Russo and I’m currently a student at SUNY Polytechnic working diligently to get a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Tech.
I’m involved in many different hobbies that increase my knowledge, not only at school, but in my work environment as well. One of those hobbies is that I’m a huge car guy that loves to drag race at the track. So, I have a great interest in the automotive industry. Another one of my hobbies is that I deal with a lot of small electronic repairs; all the way from changing an LCD screen out on a laptop to changing out capacitors in car audio amplifiers.
What I anticipate gaining from my internship at Indium is acquiring new skills, a hands-on chance to apply the education and knowledge I gained in school, and to strengthen my professional skills like communication, teamwork, professional etiquette, and work ethic.
I’m astounded to be a part of the team and I can’t wait to take on challenging tasks and projects to expand my engineering skills.
Sincerely,
John Russo
