IWLPC 2008 – WLP

At ~4pm on October 15^th, I’ll be sharing the results of print tests for wafer-level flux deposition at the International Wafer-Level Packaging Conference (IWLPC) in San Jose.  The work that was done between Indium, FRT, and DEK will be presented.  Here’s a list is the fluxes that we evaluated for printing onto wafers.
